Items must be in original packaging with all seals, manuals, and accessories intact.

01. Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Products like Ink Cartridges, Toners, and Software Licenses with broken seals are non-returnable due to the nature of IT hardware.
02. The Process
- Contact our support team with your Order ID.
- Provide photos/videos if the item is physically damaged.
- Our courier partner will schedule a reverse pickup within 48 hours.
03. Non-Returnable
"Items damaged due to power surges, improper installation by the user, or liquid spills are not covered under the return policy but may be eligible for brand warranty service."
